Grass Fed Beef
Grass fed beef is healthier for you and for the environment.

It's time to stock your freezer with a side, a quarter, or a variety box of our humanely raised, hormone free, grass-fed beef!

Our healthy herd of Black Angus beef cattle are raised solely on fresh grass grown on our 200 acre farm in Shrewsbury, Vermont. On our family farm, we practice rotational grazing to get the best nutrients out of our pastures, with the least amount of harm to the environment. These practices help us to preserve and maintain Vermont's natural, historical, and cultural heritage, keeping our 250 year old farm's pastures open and in use.

When you buy your beef from Beaver Meadow Farm, you're making a choice against corporately run mega-farms, massive and filthy stockyards, inhumane treatment of animals, and unhealthy, unnatural additives in the food you eat. Not to mention GRASS FED BEEF TASTES BETTER!

Don't miss this opportunity to improve your family’s health, your community, your environment, and your burgers. A whole, half, quarter, or box of our beef makes a great Christmas present, or maybe you just want to keep it all for yourself! Act fast before we run out! Find details below.

"The diet of the animals we eat has a bearing on the nutritional quality, and healthfulness. This should be self-evident, yet it is a truth routinely overlooked by the industrial food chain in its quest to produce vast quantities of cheap animal protein."

—Michael Pollan,
Omnivore's Dilemma

“If you eat a typical amount of beef per year, which in the United States is about 67 pounds, switching to grass-fed beef will save you 16,642 calories a year."

—Jo and Frances Robinson,
Pasture Perfect

"We've stocked our freezer with Beaver Meadow Farm Beef for three years running, and the decision was worth it for the taste alone, not to mention the environmental and ethical benefits."
